Review: Loreal Voluminous Million Lashes MascaraFriday, November 19, 2010
Hi everyone! I'm here to share with you all an awesome mascara find. This stuff does wonders for my thin eyelashes.
My lashes are a medium length. They're not super long, but they're not stubby. The hairs are very thin though.
Price/Where to buy: Drugstores for $7-$9 Or click the picture to the left!
Packaging: This is in a metallic gold fat tube. The brush is big, with rubber bristles that vary in size. The bristles are small at the end so you can still get the smaller lashes since it is a big brush. (See picture below).
Some people do not like the really fat brushes because they can be hard to maneuver. But this brush is a short fat brush, so if you have small eyes like me, or find fat brushes hard to use, this one is very easy to use.
What is so cool about this is inside the tube at the top, it is shaped a certain way to remove excess mascara when you pull the brush out. This prevents clumping, and getting it all over your face.
Effectiveness: This gave me awesome length. Which is surprising for a mascara that focuses on volume. It's one of those mascara's that is 2-in-1. It is very volumizing, as you can see in my pictures. It does a great job at separating my lashes since it has the rubber bristles. It does hold a curl really well too. (I use the Shu Uemura curler).
Overall: I love it! I would totally repurchase this. I know I rave about the Loreal Telescopic Mascara, which is awesome as well and gives me the same affect, but this is more volumizing.
